How do I create a Therapy Topia Account?

After you book your appointment with Therapy Topia, you will be asked if you want to Confirm your Account. Once you confirm your account, you will be able to sign in to your site and see all of your Bookings and additional information.

Do you provide therapy services in my area?

Therapy Topia offers Video Coaching services Nationwide using a HIPAA Compliant online platform. Our in-person counseling and mental health services are currently offered in Duval and Clay County.  We are expanding our coverage areas. Please send us a message if you have any additional questions.

How much do therapy sessions cost?

Therapy Topia offers tiered services for therapy and support services. Click here to review the flat rate pricing sheet.

Will I have to travel far to meet with my Therapist?

Therapy Topia have Therapist in various zip codes in Duval County and Clay County. We will connect you with a Therapist that is close to your home or preferred zip code. Please include this information in the “Client Request” on the booking page.

Can I request additional services?

Yes, you can request additional services on the booking page. For example, if you were referred by your Physician for therapy services, select Provider Consult under “Step 4: Select Additional Services” to add this service to your session.

How do I log into my account?

How do I change my password?

Click the link at the top right hand corner of therapytopia.com homepage or click this link to sign in. After you login, click the down arrow next to your name to the right. Select change pasword and follow the instructions.

How do I reset my password?

Click the link at the top right hand corner of therapytopia.com homepage or click this link to sign in. Select “Forgot your password” underneath the Sign In button and follow the instructions.

How do I change my address?

Click the link at the top right hand corner of therapytopia.com homepage or click this link to sign in. After you login, click the down arrow next to your name to the right. Select manage addresses and follow the instructions.

How do I change my credit card?

Click the link at the top right hand corner of therapytopia.com homepage or click this link to sign in. After you login, click the down arrow next to your name to the right. Select billing info and choose the edit pencil to the right of the credit card expiration date.

How do I book my first appointment?

Go to the booking page. Complete the questions and click submit to schedule your therapy session. You will receive an email with additional instructions after booking.

How do I use my coupon codes?

On the booking page under step 4, input your coupon code in the discount code box. Click apply to use the coupon code.

Do you have a price sheet?

Yes, Therapy Topia has a price sheet. We offer tiered services for therapy and support services. Click here to review the flat rate pricing sheet.

How do I redeem my gift card?

On the booking page input your gift card number under “Step 4” in the discount code box.  If you do not use the entire amount, the remianing balance is stored on the card. You can see the stored balance in your account by accessing the gift cards tab.

I did not have a positive therapeutic experience, what can I do?

We guarantee that every client will have a positive therapeutic experience. If you were not happy with your therapeutic experience, you can schedule another appointment with a different Therapist for no extra fee or receive a refund for the amount you paid. Please provide feedback through the rating form you will receive via email and/or contact us page.

Can I trust my Therapist?

We rigorously vet all of our Therapists, who undergo identity checks as well as in-person interviews.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Discuss your concerns with the Therapist. If you were unable to achieve your desired results call or text us at 904.701.7998. You can also  provide feedback through the rating form you will receive via email and/or contact us page.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes, the data you put into our systems is yours, and we believe it should stay that way. We will not share your data with other people. Your account access is protected by your passwords and strict policies are in place to govern access to your account by Therapy Topia. To that end, no access to your account takes place without your express permission and without a reasonable business need to do so. We work hard to protect our users and their customers’ data and to that end we encrypt all of our services with SSL and take every security precaution we can in securing the integrity of client’s data.

Do the Therapist go through a background check?

Therapy Topia only works with Licensed Therapist which have been vetted by the Department of Health.
